About Our University

Welcome to Noble International University, the University of Environmental Peace!

Noble International University (NIU) was founded in the USA under the charter of the ‘Noble Institution for Environmental Peace’ (NIEP) Canada. Formerly NIU was the Academy of NIEP, which was formed in the year 2002 in Toronto, Canada. We have centers across the Americas and around the world. Our aim is to further develop international teaching and research in the areas of environment, peace and international cooperation.

Since our founding we have trained many professionals from different countries. Now, as an International University, we offer degrees, diplomas and certificates in the different levels of Undergraduate, Graduate (Master’s and Doctoral) and Special programs.

Our vision is a world where human beings and the environment thrive. For that, all forms of life and society must be at peace with each other and with the environment.

Our mission is to train the leaders of tomorrow to solve the problems of the future. We are founded on the principle of equal opportunity for all human beings.

We have agreements for joint education and exchange with international universities such as the State University of Sao Paulo (Brazil), the University of Kaliani (India), and the Loyola Academy and Post Graduate College (India). We employ highly qualified professors and faculty members from various countries. We have campus programs in North America, Brazil, and India, and we are at present extending to other countries.
Not only do we accept students from all countries around the world, we also train them to become the best environmental and social citizens.
Our graduates publish scholarly articles in the international scholarly Journal of Environmental Peace and the popular Environmental Peace Review, published at the University of Toronto Library and edited at the International Innovation Projects organization. Our editors and Editorial Board members of the Journal of Environmental Peace consist of many international scholars, including five Nobel laureates.

With the Noble Foundation for Environmental Peace (NFEP, India) we are initiating a series of scholarships and research awards. We also offer scholarships to the top students enrolling in our program, as well as bursaries to those in need. Scholarship and bursary recipients are decided by our academic board.
